Claude shows this notice for any link that opens its connector form from another website. Check that the URL is mcp.careermax.ai and tap Continue. ### I can't add another connector Free Claude plans allow one custom connector. Remove the other one under **Customize**, then **Connectors**, or upgrade your Claude plan. ### I'm on a Claude Team or Enterprise plan An owner adds custom connectors for the organization. Ask yours to add CareerMax with this URL, then connect it from your own settings: `https://mcp.careermax.ai/mcp` ### Sign-in doesn't open or doesn't finish Allow pop-ups for claude.ai, then open **Customize**, then **Connectors**, and connect CareerMax again. If you see an error page from CareerMax, try once more in a fresh browser tab. ### CareerMax isn't in Claude on my phone Add the connector on claude.ai or in the Claude desktop app first. It then shows up in Claude on mobile. ## Using CareerMax ### Claude answers without using CareerMax Select **+** in the chat, open **Connectors** and check CareerMax is on. Then ask again and mention CareerMax by name, for example "Run my CareerMax job search brief". ### Claude asks me to accept the terms Your CareerMax account needs you to accept the terms once. Open [careermax.ai](https://careermax.ai/), accept them, then tell Claude "done". ### My brief has no new jobs - CareerMax looks for new jobs once a day, so a second run the same day shows the same jobs. - A free CareerMax account gets one first set of matches. New jobs every day come with a paid CareerMax plan. - Your preferences may be narrow. Ask Claude to widen them, for example to add nearby cities or remote roles. - Right after setup, the first search takes about a minute. Ask again shortly. ### The job picker doesn't appear Some Claude apps can't show it. Claude lists the jobs as a numbered list instead. Reply with the numbers you want to apply to. ### I can't schedule my brief Scheduled tasks need a paid Claude plan. On a free plan, start a chat each morning and say "Run my CareerMax job search brief". ## Applications ### An application needs action CareerMax stops when a form has a CAPTCHA, a sign-in wall or something it can't fill safely. Claude gives you a link to continue on the employer's site. ### An application says it wasn't confirmed CareerMax couldn't confirm the employer received it. It never retries on its own, so you don't apply twice. Check your applicant email for a confirmation, or check the employer's site. ### I don't have enough credits Claude shows links to upgrade your plan or buy credits.
