Methodology and disclosure
CareerMax publishes this comparison. We reviewed Teal's current official product overview and compared documented workflows. We did not use unsupported interview-rate, recruiter-ranking, or universal ATS claims.
Choose Teal when
- a browser extension is central to saving jobs;
- you want resume building and tracking in that workflow; or
- you already rely on Teal's workspace and do not need deeper interview preparation.
Choose CareerMax when
- you want referrals and company research connected to opportunities;
- Storybank and spoken interview practice matter; or
- you prefer a broader preparation workflow over browser capture.
CareerMax does not currently submit applications automatically. Moving an item to an applied stage records user-managed pipeline state, not a provider submission.
