Create an account, add your career profile and check the details CareerMax imports from your resume. You can then search jobs, prepare application materials, practice interviews and organize your pipeline.

CareerMax uses the information needed for the feature you start, such as resume review, drafting, interview practice or an authorized application. Review generated content for accuracy before you rely on it or send it. The Privacy Policy describes providers and controls.

CareerMax may open and complete supported employer forms after you authorize the workflow. Review the information and submission state when shown. Employer systems can change, reject data or retain copies, and CareerMax cannot guarantee that an employer received or accepted an application.

Credits are used by supported credit-based actions. The displayed action cost, plan allowance and checkout terms control what you receive. A free allowance can change prospectively, and unused credits have no cash value unless applicable law or the checkout terms say otherwise.

In the iOS app, use Settings and Restore purchases with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple controls App Store subscription cancellation and refund requests. Deleting the CareerMax account or app does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Email support with the account email, device or browser, the action you attempted and what happened. Include screenshots only after removing passwords, authentication codes, full payment card details and other private information.

Use the available AI processing control in Settings or contact us. To delete your web account, open Settings, Account and Delete account. Deletion starts removal of information CareerMax controls, but does not cancel an Apple subscription, erase employer copies or recall information already delivered.

Email our legal team with the request and the account or information involved. We may ask for proportionate verification. The applicable policy explains access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal and appeal options.
