Use CareerMax in Claude

CareerMax runs your job search from Claude. Add the connector, share your résumé, and every day Claude ranks new jobs for you while CareerMax fills the applications you pick.

Set up CareerMax in Claude

Add the connector, sign in with your CareerMax account, and Claude does the rest. On another device, open careermax.ai/claude.

What you get

  • Ranked jobs every day. Say “Run my CareerMax job search brief” and Claude ranks today's new jobs against your experience, with a one-line reason for each. You pick which ones to apply to.
  • Applications filled for you. CareerMax fills each employer's form in a cloud browser. Claude asks you for anything the form needs, and you can review every application before it's sent.
  • Referrals and outreach. Find people at a company and get a short, personal note drafted for you.
  • Interview prep. Turn your past work into stories you can reuse, and get a one-screen brief before each interview.

How setup works

  1. Add CareerMax to Claude and sign in with your CareerMax account. If you don't have one, you create it as you sign in.
  2. Share your résumé, or describe your experience if you don't have one.
  3. Claude drafts your whole profile from it and from what it already knows about you: job preferences, the facts employers ask for, your applicant email, and whether to include daily outreach. It shows everything once for your approval.
  4. Claude shows today's best jobs for you.

Good to know

  • Free Claude plans allow one custom connector. CareerMax can be that one.
  • Running your brief on a schedule needs a paid Claude plan. On a free plan, say “Run my CareerMax job search brief” each morning.
  • Add the connector on claude.ai or in the Claude desktop app. It then works in Claude on your phone too.
  • Applying, finding people and company research use CareerMax credits. Claude tells you the cost first. See Credits.
